“It's sometimes nice after a long journey to arrive at a place and not have any surprises. This hotel delivers on that. The rooms are decent (excellent showers) and comfortable and good value for the price. The front desk staff (I dealt with the same person on both check-in and check-out--she promised me she'd gone home in between I think her name was Amanda) was outstanding, exceptionally friendly, and efficient. Two other big pluses here: free parking for guests and arguably within walking distance of Glasgow's bohemian West End. Also, if you're headed for the Highlands, it's a good jumping off point because you'll avoid downtown traffic, and if you're headed to Edinburgh it also puts you a mile or two further along the freeway”

“We stayed at this hotel for 1 night while visiting the city. Check in was fast and the staff were extremely efficient and very friendly and helpful.The young lady explained that they had a wedding on that evening but the music would be turned off at 12pm. We were not disturbed at all”

"In the past we have stayed in the Crown Plaze and Malmaison, but this time decided to take a punt on a cheaper alternative. Although it is not a central location, getting into Glasgow is easy as 1 2 3 - the rooms are clean and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The hotel really is great value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel “

“At £70 per night b&b this hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were excellent, especially at the front desk, and they elevated the experience from cheap and cheerful to something more”
