The Brasserie at the Pond is very contemporary and stylish, with low-level lighting, vibrant fabric-and-leather seating, dark wood tables, and large picture windows giving lots of light!  The Brasserie aims to provide quality without exclusivity, and high levels of service without high prices.

Buffet style continental and full Scottish breakfasts each morning are served for hotel guests or any passer by wanting a bite on the way to the office or a business breakfast meeting. Lunch and dinner offers an array of Scottish and international dishes and only enhances the fact the Pond is such a great location to meet friends or business acquaintances with no worries to get back to the parking meter – meaning that you can eat, drink and enjoy!  Informal light bites are also available throughout the day in the Brasserie or the lounge and bar areas.

Whats on offer?

Breakfast:
Is a continental and full Scottish breakfast buffet each morning with a selection of cereals, breads and juices then onto a fine Scottish selection of hot choices to get the day started!

Brasserie Lunch and Dinner:
A mixture of fine Scottish and international meat, poultry, game fish and vegetarian dishes, prepared from Scotlands’ fresh Natural Larder,  are served for lunch and dinner on our stylish menu. Guest favourites include Buccleuch Estate 8oz Ribeye Steak and the Buccleuch Estate Steak Burger.

All day snacks and mouthwatering light bites
Enjoy from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day in the Brasserie Bar, which sits invitingly between the restaurant and the reception area. This serves a range of mouth watering snacks and sandwiches, and speciality teas and coffees

Room service
24 hour limited room service is available.  A range of hot and cold food from 12 noon to 10pm, and snacks at any time.
