Demi Chef de Partie

Skills: 
Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or significant experience as a Commis Chef and ready to take this next step
Knowledge of food safety standards and allergens
Good organisational skills and ability to maintain a tidy work area
Ability to work under pressure
Authorisation to work in the UK
Available to work a variety of shifts - 5 days out of 7 including early mornings and weekends

<br>Previous experience of food and beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
<br>Previous experience within a hotel is advantageous, although not essential
<br>High standard of personal presentation
<br>High standards of customer service are essential
<br>Clear communication both oral and written
<br><br>
